The entrance of this holiday flat is at the front of the stone house, where the terrace with folksy wood table for taking meals outside, deck chairs and sunbeds for taking sunbaths are positioned. There are two doors for entering the house. First, you enter the spacious living room; the kitchen equipped with refrigerator and gas cooker with oven is on the left. The dining corner is in the middle of the room with a chimney next to the entrance door and the living area with comfortable studio sofa on the right. Wooden stairs lead from the living room to the second floor, where a twin-bedroom and a small bathroom with shower are located. The second twin-bedroom with big bathroom with shower is located one-step upstairs on the left. This apartment is very comfortable, spacious and friendly. At least the reason therefor is the great creation of the wooden furniture.

The apartment is equipped with all needed things like e.g. cooker with oven, refrigerator, micro waver and water cooker. It is a charming apartment with entrance on the front of the farmhouse. Nevertheless, the entrance is hidden by an angle and therefor separated from flat Le Capanne 1. An inviting veranda with wonderful view to the Apuan Alps is in front of the flat. A wooden stair on the left next to the entry leads to the second floor. The living area with dining table, chimney in Tuscany style and studio sofa is two steps upstairs on the right. The kitchen equipped with gas cooker, oven and refrigerator is separated by a balcony. You can reach two further rooms from the kitchen: the comfortable twin-bedroom and a generous bathroom including shower one-step upstairs. The room has many arched windows – it is good possible that it was the former “metato” (chestnut drying shanty) of the farm. Going back to the entry, we follow a wooden stair that leads to the second level, where a king-size bed stands and behind another door, a little bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower is located. The ceiling of the room slopes and the lowest point is around one meter high. The room as well as the complete apartment is very comfortable. Especially the great wooden furnishings and the liveliness built with the stairs make the rooms homely and cosy.

The apartment is equipped with all needed things like e.g. cooker with oven, refrigerator, micro waver and water cooker. This apartment is on the ground floor of the house and its entry is reachable over a short way that goes through the garden on the right side to the private terrace. The appropriate terrace is surrounded by a wooden fence because it was built up on a ledge. The spacious saloon with living room and dining corner is located in the entrance area. A comfortable studio couch and a chimney in the typical Tuscany style are also here. The dining corner is equipped with a kitchenette that includes gas cooker, refrigerator and oven. A door in the kitchen leads downstairs to the small, horseshoe-shaped inner court. If you take one stair on the left of the kitchen, you reach a short gallery of which the first single bedroom is on the side. After taking another stair, you find a bathroom with bidet, toilet and shower at the end of the corridor. If you take four stairs on the right side of the chimney, you will find a small area where three doors lead to a twin-bedroom, a single bedroom and a completely furnished bathroom with shower. The twin-bedroom has a glass door that can be opened in direction to the small inner court. The holiday flat is very comfortable and bright.

consists of a kitchen, living room with dining table, studio sofa, chimney, television, one bedroom with king-size bed and one bathroom (with toilet, shower and bidet). The apartment is equipped with all needed things like e.g. cooker with oven, refrigerator, micro waver and water cooker. This former haystack is separated from the main building and can be reached by a small lane that is left of the house and ends directly on the balcony of the apartment. The lane is descend steeply and the flat is therefore not suited for older people. However, it is perfect for young couples in their honeymoon as it is apart from the main building. The balcony offers a great view to the centuries-old forests of the Apuan Alps. Only two steps upstairs from the balcony you enter the living room. A nice chimney and the studio sofa are located here. The dining table is next to a glass door that can be opened to a terrace with wonderful panorama view. The spacious equipped kitchen was built into a niche under the wooden stair. You can find the great, big twin-bedroom on the second floor at the end of the stair. It has a glass door that allows you to go out the upper terrace. A window is next to this door and the origin and typical clinker in the “frangivento” style can be seen outside. A door leads from the bedroom to a small but complete bathroom. The apartment is very homelike and comfortable. You can see the origin bricks poking out everywhere.
