The holiday cottage "Casa Sole" is located in the tourist area "Il Faro del Castelluccio" in the Tuscan municipality Monteverdi Marittimo. Surrounded by beech- and oak forests, the house is situated on a hill at the frontier between the provinces Pisa and Livorno.

The cottage pertains to a residence at the outskirts of the forest and offers a gigantic view to the unspoiled countryside of Val di Cornia. The enchanting panorama does not only reach out to medieval locations such as Monteverdi Marittimo, but also to the sea which is about 15 km away.
The cottage is elegantly equipped in Tuscan style. The guests dispose of a parking-space of their own and a large terrace with garden furniture.

The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons. It consists of a living-, dining- and kitchen area with a double sofa bed, a well- equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, a bedroom with double-bed and another bedroom with bunk bed in the dimensions 90 x 190 cm.
Fly-screens have been installed at the windows. An outdoor barbecue and a parking-space are available to the guests.
The holiday cottage is furnished with TV, DVD and heating.
