The house consists of a living and dining room with fireplace, sofa, dining corner with four chairs, satellite television and completely equipped kitchen with 4-flames-cooker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee machine and toaster. There is one big bedroom with king-size bed and a smaller bedroom with bunk bed. The shower bath includes a washbasin, toilet and bidet. A garden shower, a table with chairs and two sunbeds are available in the garden.

The price includes utilities for electricity, water, final cleaning and gas for cooking, WiFi connection.

The guests must bring bedclothes and towels. In exceptional cases, this can be borrowed against payment: for 1-2 people = 25.- EUR / for 3 people = 30.- EUR / for 4 people = 40.- EUR.

Additional costs:
heating if desired = 8.- EUR per day / air condition if desired = 8.- EUR per day / wood for the fireplace if desired 10.- EUR per week

Well-educated small and middle-sized dogs are accepted.

Payment terms:
15% deposit after receipt of the booking confirmation, rest as cash payment at arrival.
