The marvellous treasure „La Casita“ is located on a small Borgo on a slope of the Montalbano only 3 km away from Vinci the birthplace of Leonardo and offers a great view. Due to the good reachability, the guest’s curiosity of the points of interests of Tuscany can be satisfied easily. Afterwards they can relax in the fenced garden with own small olive grove and a breath-taking view to the valley and to Vinci, a garden shower brings refreshment. This cottage offers on 50 sq. up to 4 people a comfortable leisure.

„La Casita“ is equipped lovely and friendly with exclusive and bright furniture. All rooms have ceiling beams and bright terracotta floor. The windows have fly-screens and folding shutters. The entry door of the estate with own parking space can be opened by a remote control. Central heating and air condition are existing.

The house consists of a living and dining room with fireplace, sofa, dining corner with four chairs, satellite television and completely equipped kitchen with 4-flames-cooker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee machine and toaster. There is one big bedroom with king-size bed and a smaller bedroom with bunk bed. The shower bath includes a washbasin, toilet and bidet. A garden shower, a table with chairs and two sunbeds are available in the garden.

Wine and olive oil can be bought by the guests for a good price. Internet connection is available (surf stick against payment).
