To reach the entrance in the eastern part of the building, you cross the big ready-furnished garden with table and sunbeds. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with cooker and oven, dishes washer, refrigerator, small freezer, dining corner, sideboard, studio sofa for 2 people and television. Walking through a small hall behind the living room, you find the bathroom with shower and clothes washer and the twin bedroom in Tuscany style with window door to the big garden.

The apartment „Oleandro“ (50 sqm) is located on the ground floor and offers enough space for up to 5 people (quantity of beds 4+1). The entrance is in the southern part of the building and you reach it crossing a front garden with small table and sunbeds. Entering the apartment, you are in the eat-in kitchen with cooker and oven, dishes washer, refrigerator, small freezer, dining corner, sideboard, studio sofa for 2 people and television. Walking through a small hall behind the living room, you find the bathroom (disable accessible) with shower and clothes washer. The twin bedroom with additional single bed, equipped in Tuscany style is on the other side of the hall. The room has a window door to the big garden with panorama view of the upper valley.

From here, you reach the big living room with kitchenette in oak-coloured wood, which is equipped with cooker and oven, dishes washer, refrigerator, small freezer, dining corner, sideboard, television and studio sofa for 2 people. There is a bathroom with shower and clothes washer existing. Walking through a small hall out of the living room, the two bedrooms can be reached. A twin room and a room with two single beds. Both are furnished in Tuscany style.
