All apartments have a big eat-in kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, 4-flames cooker with oven, one or two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, satellite television and heating. Beam ceilings and floors of terracotta give the flats the typical Tuscany flair. Starting from the shared entry room you reach the two three-room-apartments La Cantina and Il Forno (handicapped accessible) on the ground floor and upstairs the two two-room-apartments La Colombaia (studio couch in the kitchen is possible) and Il Granaio (additional bed in the bedroom is possible) as well as the third three-room-apartment Le Rondini.

Included in the price
are warm water, electricity, gas for the kitchen, bedclothes and beach towels, kitchen equipment, final cleaning, satellite television, swimming pool with warm shower, usage of the Mountain Bikes and parking space.

Additional costs:
heating per day two-room-flat 7.- EUR / three-room-flat 10.- EUR; additional bed: main season 12.- EUR / off-season 10.- EUR, additional cleaning and chance of bedlinen 35.- EUR

Tourist tax is currently € 1. - per night per person (max. for 7 days), free persons with disabilities and children under 12 years.

Small and middle-sized dogs are welcome (5.- EUR per day).

Payment terms:
15% deposit after receipt of booking confirmation, rest as cash payment at arrival.
