The „Azienda Fadanelli“ is located in the slopes of the Montalbano approx. 1.5 km away from Lamporecchio in a quiet and marvellous panorama position. The diligent restored country-house offers five independent apartments for 4-5 or 2-3 people. The swimming pool (10 x 4 x 1.4 m) with roofed sun terrace leaves nothing to be desired.

“Azienda Fadanelli” consists of five independent apartments: 3 three-room-apartments – one of them is handicapped accessible – each for 4-5 people and 2 two-room-apartments each for 2-3 people. It is possible that groups of 16-21 people rent the complete house with swimming pool.

All apartments have a big eat-in kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, 4-flames cooker with oven, one or two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, satellite television and heating. Beam ceilings and floors of terracotta give the flats the typical Tuscany flair. Starting from the shared entry room, you reach the two three-room-apartments La Cantina and Il Forno (handicapped accessible) on the ground floor and upstairs the two two-room-apartments La Colombaia and Il Granaio as well as the third three-room-apartment Le Rondini.

The house of the friendly owner family is also located on the estate, so you can be welcomed (nearly) every time and your questions will be answered. The products of the Azienda Agricola – wine and olive oil – can be tasted and bought.

The centre of Lamprecchio with shops, restaurants, banks, chemist’s, etc. is only 1.5 km far away. The most popular and beautiful Tuscany towns like e.g. Vinci, Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca or Siena are good reachable from here.

Parking space, terrace, solarium, garden and swimming pool with shower are available for the guests.

The estate has a small garden, swimming pool 4 x 10 x 1.4 m, sun terrace, taste and direct sale of own products (wine and oil).
