The price includes:
Extra costs for electricity, water, gas for cooking, final cleaning, bedclothes, towels (weekly change), use of pool and washing-machine. Please bring the beach towels for the pool. Baby crib and high chair free of charge on request.

Compulsory extra costs to be paid upon arrival:
Visitor’s tax actually amounting to Euro 1,50 per overnight stay and person (max. for 7 days), handicapped persons and children up to 14 years old may stay free of charge.

Optional additional services:
Heating costs are charged depending on consumption; additional bed for Euro 20.-/week

Pets:
One well-trained, medium-sized pet each is welcomed (animals are not allowed to stay at the pool).

Common areas:
Swimming-pool (13 x 4 x 1,6 m), free internet access in the outdoor area (WLAN), common barbecue in the garden
