We - Helga & Hans - lived nearly 20 years in Vinci - Tuscany and moved back to Germany to the village Lüneburg.
Tuscany has remained our second home - we often visit our Italian friends and homeowners, take pictures of the properties and discuss improvements of services and possible changes.

In gentle hill landscape of Vinci, Leonardos birthplace, where silvery-green olive groves, cypresses and stone-pines determine the landscape, we can arrange numerous holidays domiciles of all kinds in idyllic situation. In addition, also at the seaside, in the south of the Tuscany and in Umbria beautiful holiday houses and vacation homes with and without pool are select in our offer: For each requirement, for each purse, in different sizes, of rustikal to exclusive.

Of course all objects were examined in detail by us. Our offer is larger than evident on the homepage, and it is extended more and more. Therfore please inquire, if you should not find the suitable holidays home on our homepage. Also for large and small groups we offer accommodations, e.g. in former property goods (Agriturismo), wonderful lain, which are restored in the typically Tuscan style and equipped with all comfort - or however in a sympathetic hotel, when desired also with half-board.

Gladly we prepare your holidays stay locally- without extra costs. Please send us your noncommittal inquiry - if possible via e-mail or fax - with indication of your desires, the date and the number of persons, thereupon we will submit some suitable suggestions to you.
After your reservation you receive a confirmation and a description of way. You can transfer the pre-payment to our German account, it should have been received within one week after receipt of the reservation confirmation. The payment of balance takes place usually with arrival directly to the owner, if possible in cash and/or as indicated for the appropriate renting object.

It is advisable to lock a travel resignation insurance. Locally the respective owner is responsible for you. If there should be communication problems, please call us - we will be to your service. We point out that we only obtain the holidays objects, contracting parties are finally the respective owners.
