Apt C for 7 persons (110 sqm):
A few steps up to the entrance door.
Kitchen/dining room with dishwasher.
Living room with Satellite TV. Two double bedrooms. Double bedroom with additional bed.
Large bathroom with tub/shower and WC.
Small shower room/WC.

conditions / additional costs
Electricity/gas/water are included. Heating upon consumption.
Bed/bath/kitchen linen is never provided unless previously requested at the reservation of the accommodation.
If required a cost of Euro 18,00 p/person (with towels and kitchen linen) will be charged.

Refundable Deposit: Euro 160. –

Terms of payment:
A deposit of 15% of total rental is payable within a week after receipt of confirmation of booking.
Please transfer the remainder four weeks before arrival to the account as mentioned in the booking confirmation.
