Ground floor: Spacious living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, TV, and kitchen corner with dishwasher. Twin bedroom. WC with washing machine.
First floor: Double bedroom. Shower room/WC.

Electricity/gas/ are included. Heating upon consumption.
Bed/bath/kitchen linen is never provided unless previously requested at the reservation of the accommodation.
If required a cost of Euro 18,00 p/person (with towels and kitchen linen) will be charged.

-Cot hire Euro 26,00 p/week.
-Pets are generally accepted but not always.
Therefore it is very important to know in advance if a dog will be travelling with you.
When accepted a weekly cost of Euro 36,00 will be charged
Refundable Deposit: Euro 160. –

Terms of payment:
A deposit of 15% of total rental is payable within a week after receipt of confirmation of booking.
Please transfer the remainder four weeks before arrival to the account as mentioned in the booking confirmation.
