Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and single sofa bed. Kitchen corner with dishwasher.
First floor: Double bedroom with additional single bed. Shower room/WC.

conditions / additional costs
Electricity/gas/ and heating charges are never included in the rent price and are to be paid on departure. When not possible to read a meter an adequate fixed sum will be charged according to the size of the apartment and/or the number of occupants.
Bed/bath/kitchen linen is never provided unless previously requested at the reservation of the accommodation.
If required a cost of Euro 18,00 p/person (with towels and kitchen linen) will be charged.

-Cot hire Euro 26,00 p/week.
Pets are accepted a weekly cost of Euro 36,00 will be charged
Refundable Deposit: Euro 150. –

Terms of payment:
A deposit of 30% of total rental is payable within a week after receipt of confirmation of booking.
Please transfer the remainder four weeks before arrival to the account as mentioned in the booking confirmation.
