Apartment for 4-5 persons (70 sqm):
1. Stick: Entrance. Living/dining room with open fire place, TV, and entrance to the large furnished terrace with panoramic view. Small kitchen with dishwasher. Shower /WC. Double room. Double room with open attic and single bed. Central heating.

conditions / additional costs
Electricity/gas/ and heating charges are never included in the rent price and are to be paid on departure. When not possible to read a meter an adequate fixed sum will be charged according to the size of the apartment and/or the number of occupants.
Bed/bath/kitchen linen is never provided unless previously requested at the reservation of the accommodation.
If required a cost of Euro 15,00 p/person (with towels and kitchen linen) will be charged.

-Cot hire Euro 26,00 p/week.
-Pets are generally accepted but not always.
Therefore it is very important to know in advance if a dog will be travelling with you.
When accepted a weekly cost of Euro 26,00 will be charged.

Terms of payment:
A deposit of 15% of total rental is payable within a week after receipt of confirmation of booking.
Please transfer the remainder four weeks before arrival to the account as mentioned in the booking confirmation.
