Embedded into that eternally green hill landscape of Cerreto Guidi in the province Florence, near Vinci, the place of birth Leonardo’s, the "Borgo dei Lunardi" is located. Surrounded by 30 hectares country with vineyards, olive groves and green areas with a small lake it offers to the guests the possibility for beautiful walks. You may relax also at the large pool (14 x 7 x 2 m) in panorama position.

14 individual apartments equipped with all comfort, telephone and Sat TV offer an extremely comfortable stay up to 4 and/or 6 persons. Some apartments can be extended by a connecting door, so that the capacity of a 4-sleep-apartment can be doubled when desired. Two apartments are equipped for handicapped persons, too. Each apartment owns a private external seat.

A well led restaurant with an Enoteca (wine tavern) with panorama terrace offers a rich choice of typically Tuscan dishes as well as a selection of regional and national wines to the guests.

A small permanent exhibition of antique tools which served the wine and olive cultivation demonstrate the old history of this region. Occasionally concerts are held and artists issue their works.

Small domestic animals permitted

Washing machine, dryer as well as a parking lot are available; some Mountain bikes are to the guests at the disposal.

Conferences, seminars, courses and group meetings can be held in the equipped area in the tower with panoramic view; internet and telephone connection is available.
