Included in the rent:
Bed linen (weekly change), towels (weekly change), final cleaning, heating, electricity, gas for cooking, water, use of the washing machine, wi-fi internet.
A cot is available when desired. The bed linen for this bring along please.

Not included:
security 50. - Euro (with departure paid back or charged),
Tourist tax is currently € 1.50 per night per person (maximum of 10 days) from March through October, free for children under 12 years.

Domestic animals are accepted only after previous arrangement and confirmation.

Terms of payment:
15% pre-payment after receipt of the booking confirmation, remainder with credit card or cash with arrival.
