The apartment consists of 2 floors.
At the ground floor you will find the in good taste partly antic - furnished living dining-room with open fire-place, Sat TV, Stereo set, safe and the modern, completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher and baking-oven and a storage chamber. In the upper floor there are two bedrooms - one with double bed, Sat TV and one with 1+1 sleep places and the bathroom. The apartments “Celli” and “Sottili” have a connecting door, which makes it possible to use the surfaces of the two apartments together and receive one a large apartment with 8+4 sleep places.

Weekly rental fees:

Off season (January, February, March, April, November, December) Euro 395.-
Middle season (May, June, September, October) Euro 450.-
Main season (July, August, Eastern and Christmas ) Euro 560.-
Prices including electricity, water, gas for cooking, bed linen and towels and final cleaning. Heating 6.- Euro daily if needed.

Payment:
In the case of reservation pre-payment of 20 % of the total rent by transfer on our account, the remainder cash with arrival.
