to the furnished garden
1.Floor: three double rooms with two additional beds, TV-Sat,
two bathrooms with shower/WC.
Included
in the rental fee: electricity, water, gas for cooking
and
final cleaning.
Bed
linen and towels please bring along or rent against charg
(Euro 10.-/person).
Heating
will be charged upon consumption. Dogs
permitted.
Pre-payment
on reservation 30% of the total rent, the remainder is to be
paid with arrival in cash.
