The holiday house "Casa Pera" is located at the periphery of the village Pastina in enchanting panoramic position. From the spacious terrace one has an overwhelming view over the gentle hills of Tuscany - on beautiful days up to the coast, which is in only 10 km distance.
Up to four persons (2+2) can spend their vacation in the in good taste furnished two-room apartment. In the beautiful swimming pool of the property nearby you may refresh and relax in the sun.

In the village there are two small food shops and two Bars with restaurant in the evening. The "Nonna Lena" offers tasty Tuscan dishes, and the Circolo Arci offers Saturday and Sunday good Pizza and tasty Pasta.

The vacation home "Casa Pera" - for 2+2 persons - is accessible over the fliers of the 4-Family-House. The living/dining-room is equipped with a bed couch, dining corner,TV, kitchen line with baking-oven and refrigerator with freezing, entrance to the large terrace with panorama view. Shower/WC.
