“Casa Christa” is located above the small village Vinci, the place of birth of Leonardo, in beautiful panoramic position at the southern slopes of the Montalbano. The house is suitable for 5+1 persons. It was reconditioned in good taste, using valuable materials, in the typically Tuscan style.

This beautiful, separate natural stone house is surrounded by a maintained garden with view at the olive groves and vineyards of the Montalbano. The house with approx. 100qm floor space is affectionately equipped with taste. At the ground floor there are: a large living kitchen with open fire-place; the living room/library with fire-place. In the upper floor there are three bedrooms furnished with much love: 1 x with double bed, 1x with two single beds, 1 x with one single bed and 1 sofa bed, as well as the roomy bathroom. In all areas you will find the original ceiling beams and the Terracotta.

Beside the garage in the garden is second toilet, a shower and a washing machine. The house is equipped with central heating, refridgerator and fridge, baking-oven, electric oven, SAT TV, DVD, HiFi. Iron and hair dryer are present.
