"Casa Sergio" is located above of Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo, in a beautiful
location at the southern slopes of the Montalbano. It is divided in two parts, each (approx. 50 sqm) for 4 or 4+1 persons and are tastefully decorated, with use of valuable materials, renovated in typical Tuscan style.

House part "Mela" 4 sleeps (50 sqm):
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, fridge / freezer, stove, American
Coffee maker, oven and satellite TV.
Upper floor: one double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Large furnished terrace with sun beds and barbecue. The pool provides refreshment.

House part "Pera" for 4+1 sleeps (55 sqm):
Ground floor: living room with stove and dining area, room with two single beds.
Upper floor: double bedroom, small living room with satellite TV,
bathroom with shower and toilet.
Private furnished garden terrace, sun beds and barbecue. The pool provides refreshment.

This beautiful stone house in a panoramic location offers a magnificent view over olive groves,
the vineyards of the Montalbano down to the Arno Valley. On weekends in July to the beginning
August you may participate in the evening at village festival in the neighborhood. There are
typical Tuscan specialties offered. After dinner, there are several Events for young and old.
