“Casa Lucia” is situated in the hills of the Montalbano rigde - above of Vinci - in a peaceful panoramic position.
This former farmhouse has been renovated in Tuscan style - also the furnishings are from this region and comfortable antique rustic style. Nevertheless all the modern equipement is present to have a comfortable stay at the countryside with family or friends. At the entrance you will find the modern living/kitchenroom with charming dining place, espresso and coffe machine and the wrought-iron-oven cares for cosy warmth in the colder season.

Next to this the charming livingroom with three-piece-suite, open fireplace and TV. One of the three double bedrooms is also located at the ground floor, as well as a small showerbath/WC.
The old wooden staircase leads to the bedrooms above. At first into the Mansarde with wooden sealings - here you will find 2 single beds and a small sitting area with access to the “Loggia”. The third large bedroom has a „Matrimoniale“, a Queen bed. Next to this the large bathroom with tub, WC, Bidet and wash-basin. In nearly every room are radiators. A washing machine is available in an extra room.

The green areas - inmidst of olive groves and oak woods - are furnished for dining outside, for guest’s use also: the pizza oven outside. The unforgetable panorama and the peaceful athmosphere of this property ensures wonderful, restful holidays.
