"Casina Vecchia" is the separate annex of the restored farmhouse from the 18th Century. It is located in a beautiful scenic quiet postition, surrounded by olive groves in the hills of Lamporecchio near Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. " The breathtaking views in the Tuscan hills, also from the large well-kept garden with a beautiful swimming pool gives the feeling of "pure Tuscany."

The property is fenced and there are no neighbours, ensuring absolute peace and tranquility. There is a private drive-in to the property, leading off a country lane.
The English-speaking owner of the house stays sometimes for a few days in the main building.
Ground floor:
Residential dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, kettles, toasters),
SAT-TV, dining area for up to six people, sofa,
Bedroom with two single beds
A bathroom with tub and shower, sink, toilet and bidet
First floor:
Double bedroom and laundry room with a toilet,
usage of the a washing machine

The pool is open from early May to mid-October (change on request).

Distances:
The village of Lamporecchio (5 minutes by car) is the nearest and best for all food shopping, banks, chemists, cafes, pizza and other restaurants. There is a weekly market on Friday with local produce, clothes, flowers and hand-embroidered towels and table linen.

By car, Tuscany's historic sites are just around the corner.
