Included in the rental fee: electricity, water, gas for cooking, final cleaning, bed linen and towels.

Prices as mentioned are valid fort wo persons (one double room),
2-4 persons (two bed rooms) Euro 50.- additionally per week,
5-6 persons each person 20.- Euro per week.

Extra costs to pay on the premises:
Heating and wood Euro 15.- per day.
Final cleaning: 30,00 Euro for 2 pers., 40,00 Euro for 3-6 pers.

Pets:
dogs are not allowed

Upon booking 15% of the total rental fee, remaining amount: upon arrival
