"Vecchia Scuola ", the former school house of Sant' Amato - a small mountain village above of Vinci - has been affectionately restored and converted as holiday house. It is tastefully furnished in Tuscan style and equipped with all comfort. The cosy terrace - surrounded by olive trees - with integrated swimming pool is well furnished. You may enjoy the marvelous view down in the valley while taking your meal outside and drinking the wellknown Chianti wine.
The house contains two double bedrooms and a living room with bed couch, Sat TV and a WC in the first stick. At the ground floor you will find the well equipped kitchen with baking-oven, washing machine, refrigerator, electrical coffee machine and a roomy dining corner as well as the bath with shower and bidet.
