The large grounds of the 17 hectares large property „Valle del Bosco“ includes 10 hectares olive groves and is located on the south west side of a hill bounded by mixed forrests and in the valley by a small brook. Even at hot sommerdays a fresh gentle breeze will enjoy you. The atmosphere and the magnificent view is pleasant and relaxing, enchanted by the soft rolling hills of Vinci, Cerreto Guidi and San Miniato. In the center of the property the former farmhouses from the 19th century are located. You are free to walk – partly on field paths - to the small village Vinci (about 2 kilometres distance).
The property includes a painting-artist’s studio. The passion of Angelo - the Padrone – is aquarell- and terracotta-painting – if he is not working at his olive groves.
Two apartments are for rent: "Apartment Salvia“ (up to 5 persons) and “Casa Rosmarino“ (up to 3 persons). Each apartment with Sat –TV, separate entrance and private terrace. They are beautiful and particular furnished, suitable for small and large families with love for the countryside and the Tuscan ambiente.
Barbecue and washing machine are available.
You are free to use the 10 x 5 m swimming pool for refreshing and relaxing. Within easy reach of all the major tourist and historical centres in Tuscany (f.e. Florence, Pisa, Siena) and the seaside (by car app. +/- one hour).
